It did what I needed

Due to a hard-drive malfunction on my stand-alone digital recorder, I had a sudden need to mix down 7 tracks in order to save my project from oblivion. In less time than it took to transfer the tracks to CD, I had a tool in my jand to remix them on my PC.

Definitly saved the day.

MixPad Audio Mixer:

Great simple to use program that just works. Very happy and great for use as a musical sketch pad to get down ideas. Much easier learning curve than many more "professional" and user unfriendly programs, with pro results.
Well recommended.

Good utility for everybody

This is a very interesting program to use and I like it. It's easy to understand for me, though I've never had any business with sound recording before, so you can figure it out in a minute. A very good variant of a usual studio mixing remote, though it's sssssstored not in an expensive studio but comfortably on your computer ready for you at any time.

First attempt

Hi, This was my first attempt to mix some audio tracks. My brief was to simulate in sound the experience of being in a small business Jet, from Door close to Taxi. This involved mixing engine sounds with cockpit & ground Chatter. The mixer system proved untuitive to work even for a 67 year old. Didnt read any help files of course, just winged it.
So no complaints at all it did the job superbly.

I really like this software!

Everything about it works fabulously. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to fade things in and out (I've never used audio editing software before :) ), but once I figured it out I hit the ground running! My one complaint is that I couldn't figure out how to cut a clip rather than just fading it out (leaving me with an 8minute long track, with only 4minutes of audio I want, and then 4 minutes of silence).

Mixpad Audio Mixer 1. 00.

I found this program very helpful. You can easily trim clips in here by sizing it, like a box in Microsoft Word. You can layer really easily and the box on the side of each layer enables you to easily ajust the sounds etc. And also the record button is very easy to use. I loved this program as it really helped me, as I wanted to create remixes of songs by selecting parts of songs and re-arranging them, and this is exactly what the program lets you do.

MixPad audio mixer review

I want to put together audio clips of speech. It can do this fine and it can save the audio in correct format without distorting - many others that I have tried mess up the audio on saving. Best out there doing this for the price.

I have lots of files and it reverts to a standard folder when saving a mix which requires about 10 clicks to get me to where I want which is no good.

I was searching for a freeware or opensource audio mixer and mixpad came up everywhere so after using it for a few days it came as a shock to find it was not freeware and requires payment down the line. I downloaded from another site - listing an earlier version and this too does the same.

To be honest that put me off. This software for the price is quite good but I don't like being fooled into trying something under false pretences. I bought MULTIQUENCE. Cost a bit more but will save me lots of time in saving to the right folder straight away.

Fine product but not for me

It was both more than I needed and less than I needed. I was also unable to open iTunes and other audio software after installing it. After uninstaling it, iTunes et al worked fine. Could be coincidence, but it was enough to warn me off this product.

I just download your software yesterday , i know your software by searching using google . I found this software is very easy to use and the result it gave to my task is very excellent . My task is very simple , just add some bird sound in a music file , but if i don't have your program , my task will never be done!!!
